  12. Prepare 1/2 cup of buttermilk * (120ml).

  14. Prepare 1 packet of Icing sugar.
  15. You need packet of Butter as per instructions.

Whisk the icing sugar and softened. Finely chop chocolate and place in a bowl set over a pan of hot water. In a bowl, beat butter with sugar until creamy. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa over it and beat with an electric mixer until creamy.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners. Line a second pan with 2 liners - this recipe makes about 14 cupcakes. Set aside..
