- Mix salad cream, mayo and ketchup then set aside.

- Add ur shredded beef to a pan, add ginger, garlic,chopped onions,salt and turn until half cooked. Add ur seasoning and spices then grounder scotch bonnets and a little water then cover.
- After 3 mins add a little abt 1 tbsp of vegetable oil and turn then add ur sausage to the chicken.. make sure ur heat is low or on medium.
- Place a foil paper under ur shawarma bread..
- To your shawarma bread spread ur mixed mayo, salad cream and ketchup.
- Then add ur mixed veggies, chicken and sausage the roll the bread into the foil and fold the tips.
- To a heated pan, place the rolled shawarma for abt 2mins then turn to the other side and vise versa. Same applies to the other rolled ones.
