  1. Prepare 10 of Chicken wings.
  2. It's 2 tablespoon of Soya sauce.
  3. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Vinegar.
  4. You need 1 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste.
  5. It's 2 tablespoon of red Chilli paste.
  6. Prepare 1 of Egg.
  7. Prepare 3 tablespoon of chopped Coriander leaves.
  8. You need 1/2 teaspoon of Salt or as per your taste.
  9. It's 1 teaspoon of red Chilli flakes.
  10. You need of Cooking oil to deep fry.
  11. It's of For the coating.
  12. You need 2 tablespoon of All purpose flour.
  13. You need 2 tablespoon of Cornflour.
  14. You need 1 pinch of Salt.

  16. Prepare 1 bunch of Mint leaves.
  17. Prepare of Some Carrot and Cabbage Julienne and Lettuce.

Chicken 65 step by step

  1. Clean and prepare the wings for the recipe..
  2. Make chilli paste by grinding 6-7 soaked kashmiri dry red chilli with little water..
  3. Collect all the ingredients for marination like ginger-garlic paste, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli paste, black pepper crush, salt, chilli flakes, egg and chopped coriander leaves..
  4. Take chicken wings in a mixing bowl and add ginger-garlic paste, chilli paste, black pepper crush, soya sauce, vinegar and salt..
  5. Mix well and then add coriander leaves and chilli flakes..
  6. Also add 1 egg and mix with your hand to incorporate everything very well..
  7. Keep aside for atleast 1/2 an hour to marinate the wings well..
  8. After 1/2 an hour add all purpose flour and cornflour to the chicken..
  9. Mix well to coat the wing pieces completely with the mixture..
  10. Heat sufficient oil to deep fry the wings..
  11. Slide 3-4 wing pieces to hot oil at a time and fry in medium low heat..
  12. Fry them slowly until they become crisp..
  13. Transfer them to a kitchen towel..
  14. Similarly fry all the wing pieces in batches..
  15. Cut some carrot and cabbage in thin long strips to garnish..
  16. Coat the bone parts of the wings with aluminium foil, transfer to serving plates and serve hot along with lettuce leaves, carrot -cabbage strips, mint leaves and any kind of sauce..
