  5. Grate carrot in food processor and place in a mixing bowl..
  6. Mash half of cooked lentil and combine all ingredients in the bowl..
  7. Shape patties and place in freezer until using..
  8. Bake in the oven for 20 mins. Flip and bake for another 15 mins..

Lentils gave our burgers earthy fla. Mushrooms: for this vegan veggie burger recipe, I used a blend of three varieties of mushrooms- shiitake, oyster, and portobello!
